RSS feeds

I know vBulliten supports RSS feeds, and I'd like to see if it is possible to either A) Get the feed URL's ( If RSS feeds are enabled ) or B) Enable RSS feeds.

There are several use cases I can think of for this, currently I'd like to have the ability to view the latest posts within a forum category from an external site. ( A feed of just the latest posts, you click them, and it brings you back here ) e.g; A wordpress FT86 Fan Site having a widget for latest posts.

Did I completely miss any sign of an RSS feed? Or are they disabled?

That's funny. I have RSS feeds for this site already. Try this: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS2

My only complaint is that it does not seem to auto refresh like other RSS feeds, at least under FireFox. I have to mainly refresh it, but it is better than nothing.

That appears to be working thanks, so the big question is, what are the URL's for a sub forum? I'd like to have a feed of a specific forum, do you know the URL syntax for that?

For example, latest posts in the Southwest:
