Arrow Can i drop my car an inch or more and then raise it back to stock height?

i know this may be a dumb question but if i run coilovers or springs just to lower the car an inch to an inch and a half while running 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear with a 35mm front offset and a 40mm rear, 235/40-18 front and 255/40-18 rear will it rub ? and also my main question is can i bring it back up to stock height when i need to for the winter/snow time for clearance issues? can i do this? will it rub ? and also what is the best coilovers to do so ?

Yes you can.

I suggest getting 16" winter wheels and tires to match though

I would recommend kw v3's or if you're on a budget, I'd suggest BC coils
