My First Ding :[

So, last night I was driving with a few buddies from Vegas to So. Cal. for Scion Night, when out of no where my passenger and I both here a loud "thunk" somewhere on the outside of my car. We were doing about 85 on the highway. We get to his house, check out my car and sure enough, two tiny minor, but still slightly noticeable dings on the TOP of my FR-S (somehow on the rear passenger side? How the hell would it hit over there.) Needless to say not a happy camper

You should never say that out loud. The Ding, Dent, & Scratch Gods are always listening...

I am fully expecting their arrival with an opti-coat, Dr. Colorchip and a bodywork guy for a friend. Lol

A few weeks ago I was driving down a side street and heard a similar noise. It sounded like a coconut had fallen on the trunk lid (I live in Ohio, so it probably wasn't a coconut). It was a tiny dent, but it bothered the hell out of me.

I called a PDR guy; he came to my house and had the dent out in 10 minutes. That's what I would recommend.

Just in case you guys aren't aware of it, comprehensive insurance will cover damage caused by flying objects. A comprehensvie claim should not have any impact on your rates. You can double check by talking to your agent.

ahahahah, scratches will happen, went the first 1000 without one, as soon as the engine was broken in, rallied it down 100 miles of dirt road... you should see my under panels... prob a million + scratches and deep grooves... nut damn it was good fun!

my respect for you has risen immensely after reading that...the fr-s is SO much fun on the dirt. I've hit up many roads with it and it's an absolute blast. There is nothing I love more than just staying in third around some long sweeping bends and just holding the back end out.

As the song goes...the first cut is the deepest haha! I scraped my bumper Monday and even though I can't see it unless I get on the ground, it still annoys me. I'll be fixing that up hopefully this weekend :P.

$130. I was a little hesitant at the cost, but he did a great job. It was like the dent was never there. Plus, he came to my house, so, imo, the price was worth the quality and convenience.
