OEM Upholstery
I'm looking to add some extra leather (is it leather?) covered items in my car. I'm wondering can you buy the same material used to accent the door? Better yet is it a common material and design that upholstery places will stock it?

Have you looked at JPM Coachworks? They offer leather or alcantara wrapped items specifically for our cars.

You can't buy it, but a auto upholstery shop should be able to find something similar. What are you looking to cover.?

Right now I'm looking to just get my Gauge cluster hood done. I got the idea actually from JPM, but I noticed they used Alcantara. I just bought and installed the JDM knee pads and wanted to accent the gauge hood with the same like material.

JPM is testing out a leather gauge hood, I would wait and look into that.

Any upholstery shop can do it, but I'd wait for JPM. They'll do a better job and do it for a lower price most likely. This was mine done at a local shop. This was just a test fit, so it's not really pushed down and screwed in place.

The "leather" in the car isn't really leather at all, it's vinyl. But yeah, +1 for JPM!
