when i was about to leave with mine every single one of the sales team was outside foaming at the mouth asking me to spin the tires before i left, so i misbehaved right out of the box....then behaved from then on until 1000 then i just dumped it and started flying around in circles

I had to made some real effort getting it broken in. I live 6 miles from work. I picked the car up on 8/23 and went on a 5-day weekend trip to PR the weekend after, so I managed to put 1k miles in about 2 weeks. Now I'm going to be slowing down.

man i'm so jealous...i'm about 80 miles until i hit that magical 1000 mile mark. This morning i hit about 5.25k rpm and the car almost wanted me to just keep going. After the deadzone at 4k, it's pure magic and i have yet to fully experience it =(

No kidding! After driving the car under 4k for 1000 miles, it felt like a freaking revelation taking it all the way to redline. Oh, and I don't care what anyone says, the exhaust note sounds amazing even stock!
