Question P0171 and ruff idle

Hey Guys i am still struggling with my engine. I rebuilded my car after an engine fire. The car starts runs ruff and way too lean. I have tried so many things and checkt everything i could think of! I hope you have some ideas what i can check next because i am at my limits!

I checked:

Fuel:

- Pressure in both lines to the engine (around 4 bars)
- Highpressure for DI is like it should be (looking at the values in my app)
- All injectors are opening. I checked the port injectors they also are spraying i a nice pattern.

Air:
- The intake side is completle sealed. I checkt it with positiv pressure.
- The Exhaust system is mostly seald no leaks till the first muffler.
- My MAF is sending some infos to the ECU
- Also dose the MAP
- the Evap and PCV are working fine

Electric:

Bought a AFR gauge to have a vision on the AFR

New parts:
-Engine ECU
-Body ECU
-DI ECU
-Gateway ECU (think it is the Body ECU)
-Wireharness (Engine & enginebay(the one with the big fusebox))
-O2 sensor

I will put 2 videos on this Post. In one you can see the AFR and on the other you can see the ruff engine idle. I really need Your help and would be happy to hear any ideas unnessecary how crazy they are.

PS: I had checked the timing because i feld bad about that. there i recocnized that the VVT from the Driverside exhaust camshaft was locked not in the right position. could that be a problem? i took it off twisted it to the right place and put it back on.
