I'm planning to buy a BRZ. I have 18'' Advan RZ-DF rims. But their PCD value is 5x112. BRZ is 5x100 I guess. There is no way that I could fit these on a BRZ isn't it?

Nope. Smart move.
I would buy the cheapest set of wheels for winter along with winter tires.
Only down side is storage space.

To make those wheels fit; I would use 20mm bolt-on conversion spacers in the front and 25mm bolt-on conversion spacers for the rear (if your wheels have "pockets" on the back). If not, I'd use 25mm bolt on spacers all around. The rears will be flush, your fronts will need a set of camber bolts installed.

I ran 25mm spacers on 18x8 +45 wheels. They poked 3mm more that your wheels will. I was just on 1" drop springs and camber bolts and they looked fantastic. Additionally, IMO; 225/40 is a perfect size for an 18x8.

You could run adapters, but it's not ideal. More opportunities for things to go wrong with more interface points in a highly stressed area. Given that, I'm running 25mm thick adapters to use my old S2000 wheels at 17x9 +63 offset, 5x114.3 bolt pattern. With the adapter it's an effective +38mm offset, and it clears stock suspension with 255/40 tires. If your Advans are high offset, you could potentially run an adapter like I am right now.

Once the tires are done and I have a chance to sell the old 17x9s, I'm getting 17x9s in the proper fitment.

Buy the right wheels.
