Plastic Vacuum Tube for Perrin Inlet Tube

Hey everyone, sorry if there is a thread on this somewhere, I've literally searched everywhere beforehand and haven't found any answers. Does anyone have one of these plastic 90 degree fitting lying around? Or does anyone have a part number for this? I can't seem to find mine or the part number for it.

Looks like that piece only comes with a new OEM intake pipe - $60
46019CA001 (46019CA000)

Another option is the Cusco intake pipe I have that has the piece built in.
