Oft help?
Read my original file then Read and write are both grey.
I downloaded the manager and updated(15 minutes??) I can’t upload tunes. It says file is wrong size. I’m using windows 10 and tried unzipping to no avail. I have no clue what I’m doing. A bully dog fried my ecu in my Toyota Tundra so I’m very nervous dealing with this. |

Read OFT TIPS link below.
If oft say file is wrong size you probably trying to load an xml, they are definitions. You need tube files these are. Either hex or bin and you need to match your calid |

I’ve read through that many times before ordering anything, same for most info here, and been using it to try and figure this out. I’m not very good on a computer. Don’t see any designation for file types.
I downloaded the ots and stage 2. They are in zipped files and when I try to upload to oft I have to search for them then get the wrong size. |

The tunes will be in separate folders for the different calid then theor will be the differet tunes for stsge1 or 2 and petrol or e85.
If your jist seeing one list of files with all the calid it will be the definition files |

Back him now. Managed to get to the screen with correct calid and it’s a Bin file. Not sure how to get that to the upload data on manager.
Check engine light came on already because of the header by the way. Thank you very much for your help. |

My 21 year old son was here and helped me get 2 tunes on the oft.
Im assuming it will only load a good file so I’m going to load it to the car. Wish me luck. My tundra lasted 15 minutes on a bully dog so I’m a bit nervous but I want my GAINS!!! Just running with the ofh was much better so I’m really excited to see how it does. |

Going to run the ofh stage 2. I only run 93 octane so if It’s 91 octane also I’ll run that. Not even going to try 93 tune after reading through everything.

Tune installed. Have almost 100 miles with it so far.
I drove a bit with open flash header before tune. It’s better with time but I wouldn’t say dramatic. Maybe it will keep getting better with few more miles. A friend has same car still stock. We’re going to swap up for a bit tomorrow and I’ll have a more clear idea of the difference. |

Car is so much better than stock now. Drove my friends identical stock car today and boy is there a difference!! No torque dip. More power through out and definitely at top end as well.
He drove mine and instantly said he’s doing his ASAP. Many thanks to this forum and all the write ups for steering me in the right direction. |
