Easiest Way to Disable Car for Stolen Keys

Hey guys, this is maybe a bit for my own paranoia and a kind of interesting thought experiment. I've lost a master key in my apartment complex and it's going to take until next week until the dealer can erase it.

Assuming a clever car thief, what's the best way to disable the car? (Pulling fuses, wires, etc.)

Anything you can do honk to do they can think to undo if they really want too. Personally I would pull the starter relay from the box under the hood. Of course if they figure it out they could go get one but it would probably be more trouble than the casual joy rider that found your key would go through.

Hello q335r49 and welcome to our forum......

........that's for being careless with your car's key ........

To satisfy your paranoia, you may consider getting a "club" and attaching it to the steering wheel.

Airbags so you can slam the car while parked so no one can tow it away.

And massive camber so that nobody in their right mind would want to drive it anyway.

Why not a golf club? Gonna hopefully beat the wannabe thief over the head with it anyway?
