Unhappy brzEdit can't write ROM to my ECU

Hello
I've used brzEdit personal since 2014.
I did several time updating ROM to my ECU at time 2014.
Recently I tried to use brzEdit again to inprove my viecle. Before connect ECU, program said need to upgrade latest version, now I'm using version1.0.2.5
First update, it has succeeded to update ROM, then to try few more improvements I've tried to write ROM again but program could not write ECU any more. I also tried to write stock ROM, but it was same condition.
Log says:

Does anyone know this condition or mean of [7F2735]?
I can run my vehicle with last update ROM, and I can connect logger og brzEdit.
Give me any advice to resolve this condition.

I don't have BRZedit but couple of things strange first one is lack of VIN number

[4.875] CAN init...
[0.000] ECU ID: ZA1JA01A
[0.016] VIN:
[0.015] waiting for response #1...

BRzedit would likely need vin number as its licence for personal edition is to one vehicle.

Strange it has read ECU calibration id ok

[0.000] ECU ID: ZA1JA01A

but than fails to exchange any more data

attempt to unlock ecu fails looks like no data exchange

Check the connection of tactrix adapter to obd port make sure its plugged in all the way.

also many cars have loose obd socket and tactrix pins don't make good contact.

Try getting a piece of plastic like old full size SD memory card and bending both rows of Tactrix pins inwards vert slightly about 0.5mm or so.

this often helps get a good connection.

If you have obd scanner or torque app with blutooth adapter check connection to ecu with that also see if you can read VIN number.

If your car has no VIN set BRzedit may have trouble with liciencing.

or if you deleted the VIN number from printout

I would say BRZedit has changed their locking sequence from old version to new version and it cannot unlock ecu.

you will likely need to talk to the BRZedit people

If your trying to write back a stock rom to unlock your ecu make sure you write back the correct original stock rom for your car.

If your car cam originally with ZA1J700A or ZA1JA00A then write that stock rom back.

as you may have asked brzedit to update to later compatable rom id. but to unlock I think you need to write back the first original calid that car cam with when you first used brzedit on car, not the updated rom id

Looks like it tried super hard but just couldn't.. Haha.

I have no helpful insight but I'd be getting onto Epifan to see what the go is. They are usually pretty helpful with this stuff.

Or check the subaruEdit forums for that code?

Thanks for giving advice.
That log were exactly same as what program displayed. So no VIN number recorded.

Today, I've tried to connect ECU by ecuFlash, using different tactrix device and PC, but same as subaruEdit, didn't displayed VIN number.

I will try to check wiring of DLC3 connector.

Hmmm, weird both systems are not displaying VIN number.

I suspect the vIN is used by Brzedit to check your liciencing.

Mystery how your vin number could be blank.

you can use Techstream and Taxtrix adapter to set VIN.

But you may need to talk to the Brzedit guys to sort your problem out.

Ecuflash wont be able to flach ecu due to the ecu lock by Brzedit.

If you Ecu has been replaced by a dealer , I have seen them forget to input the vin to ECU.
