I have no idea what to say about this, but it required that I roll down the window to take this picture. Taken in Hurst, Texas if anyone has any information.

Somebody used to drive one just like it around by me too. Very hard to find anything on it from online.

Holy crap! I saw one of these at a used car dealership in South Carolina when i was a kid. I would guess it was probably 1990ish.

I always wondered what it was. I finally just settled on, "It is a homemade something". But this is exactly what it was.

Thanks both of you. I had been curious what it was for the last 25 years.

Thanks guys! All I knew was it was definitely unusual and I had never seen it before. Mystery apparently solved.
