yep count me in if it is a weekend or Monday. There is a nice little track out at Marulan which would suit the 86 very well and is quite well priced as well. It is a good warm up for people who have never been to the track

can find more info here.

Sure. Might as well get some use out of these tyres before I change them for something better.

I don't got CAMs, so do they do it on the spot for you and is it a one off license or permanent?

its a yearly fee unfortunately so your license only last for a year from the time you purchase the L2NS license

I'm not sure if the L2NS requires you to also be a member of a CAMS affiliated club as well or not but if this is the case, then its extra membership fees right there as well

and you can't do it on the spot i think as well as you need your car club rep (unless they are there on the spot) to sign ur paper license if you cannot wait until your passbook license comes in via mail

I just dug up an old event from one of the other forums:

http://forums.mightycarmods.com/show...ACEWAY-21-1-12

CAMS RELATED and COST
we can issue you with a cams license on the day
$57 yearly L2NS you will need to purchase club membership
$45 days L2NS no need to purchase club membership
please take note that to be able to hold a yearly cams license you need need to be a member of a cams affiliated car club ,keep in mind it usually takes 4-6 weeks from when you fill your application for cams to process and send out your license

so you can purchase a day license without the need for club membership (not sure if this varies from club to club or not?)

and you can buy your license on the day too as a rep will be there from the club

hope this helps

i think that helps, just did a bit of research too.

pay on the spot as long as a club member is there, but what club? is jdmst one ? the CAMS website is absolutely useless

edit that... 45 for a day pass. 54 with club membership for annual pass
