Is this oil to thick for track use? I was told it was ok but others has also told me it thick. Don't know what to think now

That grade is probably more suitable for a car that recommends 0W40 but has lower than desirable oil pressure running at track temps.
Sounds like overkill for our cars.

Eneos Sustina 0-50 has been in use for several years by BRZWORLD racers both D D'ng and on the track.

Very common in Japan also.

It is preferred due to higher oil pressure, heat resistance etc.

There is such a thing as to high oil pressure BTW. I am running 0W40 on a stock engine with a supercharger installed. That's about as high overspec as I feel comfortable with.
