UEL vs. EL headers with turbo
I'm having my engine rebuilt, and a fresh tune. With a turbo setup is there any reason to go EL over UEL? It makes sense to me that EL headers would provide a more even flow of exhaust to a turbo, but there is plenty of turbo cars running UEL. If tuned properly is there any reason not to go UEL?

All the big power EJ's use EL headers.
You get a stronger/faster spool and more top end flow. |
