Wheels + Adapter help
I have a little problem with my wheels and the 20mm adapters that I have. My current set of nuts to secure the adapters are 22mm acorn style nuts, being 22mm they hit the back of my wheels (they have no pockets on the back.) My only two options are, try to find a shorter nut style, or drill deeper into the adapter so the nut dosent stick out. I have found a 12mm open acorn nut though I still think will hit my wheel. I have found a 6mm jam nut though my biggest concern with the jam is that it seems that there isent enough threads, so I fear that it could become lose. Just confused if it is safe to run this type of nut or should I stick with the acorn style.
This is the jam nut that I have found (6mm)

I don't think it would be too hard to find new nuts that fit. I run 20mm spacers up front and the nuts provided with my spacers recess into the spacer itself. In fact, the stock bolts stick out a bit past the spacer, but the nuts are recessed.
