Anyone planning to switch out the stock Monogram spoiler?
I think the stock spoiler looks better in person than in pictures. I thought it looked rather ugly from the pictures. I was thinking of switching it for the Nur Spec spoiler, but I'm not sure. Someone said it would make the car look too much like a Celica. |

I would like to simply because I prefer the no spoiler look. If I was given the option to say no spoiler, that would be my choice. The Five Axis one seems to look to best from that perspective...but I heard it fails to cover the holes drilled that are left by OEM spoilers. Scion spoiler is ok for the most part. Where I don't like it is looking at it from the corners. I do like it more than the 86/BRZ spoiler.

No, because that is partly the reason I got the monogram. The fact no other FR-S would have it besides a monogram. It's a decent spoiler as well...way better than the basic

I just took mine off last Friday but I assumed the 5AD was going to cover it up...so now I have both spoilers sitting in my garage, waiting for the trunk to get bondo'd/repainted... le sigh...

ummmmm that's not true, my frs I purchased June 2013 has this spoiler. When I read the dealer invoice online I was pissed that the car had a spoiler thinking it would be the BRZ one, but when I showed up to look at the car in person it had this one on it. proof:

Based on online photos, I was not too wild about the spoiler before I got my Monogram. Now I think it looks fine, is somewhat functional, and have no desire to change it.
Although, if it would automatically elevate at high speeds that would be cool. Anyone know of a kit? |

Going to swap with a genuine TRD spoiler and sell the monogram one. I just don't like it.
