Innovate Sprintex Supercharger 69mm Pulley Help
I have a sprintex supercharger with an intercooler and a mishimoto oil cooler. Right now I'm running a 72.5 mm raceseng pulley and wanted to use a 69 mm pulley to upgrade the supercharger. I'm guessing I will be making around 280 hp on 91 and 300 once I get my header. I'm just wondering if this is going to cause problems because I have stock clutch and stock injectors and fuel system. Thanks for the help!

![]() 280whp on 91 is unlikely, I'm using 70mm on the equivalent of your 93. I'm on roughly 250whp. Expect +10bhp for a manifold. The Sprintex runs out of efficiency at the top end so smaller pulleys gain less peak power. On non-E85 the OEM fuel system is fine.

The fuel pump.. I'd just ask your tuner. I've seen plenty of folks run on the stock pump just fine, while others claim you need it. I don't have enough experience to say otherwise. Clutch at 300WHP may needed... Kind of just depends on whether your current factory clutch holds, and if so, for how long it holds (depends on how hard you beat on it). There's a good chance with all of the torque that you'll need a new clutch at 300WHP... but it's not like you'll need it on day 1 of running with your new tune. If you need it, you'd have a bit of time around to upgrade (assuming you aren't taking it to the track in the first few days of running the new tune). Transmission is fine up until 400+whp for most folks. On the 210 you shouldn't ever have a problem. |
