Good/Bad dealership experiences
My CEL just came back on this weekend and I need to take it in. Right after I had the Opti-Coat redone post body work.
![]() Since even the body shop managed to swirl up the rest of the car when they washed it post repair, I'm really, really hesitant to take it just about anywhere. I know I can instruct them not to wash it, but that's not the only thing they can do to mess up the paint. I've read all kinds of negative things about Toyota of Temecula Valley on yelp and elsewhere, but I think both I and @TemeCal had our cars serviced there for the original CEL issue with no real problems. Does anyone have a glowing positive or harsh negative about this or any other dealership within an hour of me here in Temecula? I bought the car in Rancho Santa Margarita at Penske and it seems waaaay to far away for service. Cheers Nathan |

I purchased my car from Toyota of Tememcula Valley. I had great service and will be taking my car there for the routine maintenance. I haven't heard any reviews, but after your post, I am going to look at yelp.
When I take my car in for the 5,000 maintenance, I will let you know. Thank you for your post. |

I purchased my car at west covina toyota. Did a dealer trade, promised me to have my car arrive within a week, came in two weeks. Checked my car, spotted a dime size dent on my left front fender. they told me to schedule an appointment with them to have it be taken to a body shop for repair. So i took my car in on a wednesday and was promised to have it returned to me on fri, sat latest. Didnt get it back to till next tuesday. The body shop they used was called marcos in glendora. So i got my car back from the dealer, repair looked flawless! And they also gave me 2 small bottles of the paint they used.. Dont know why they had to use paint.. But anyways my experience was OKAY. They never got things done on the day they promised me. and lets just say their hospitality is much more present before you sign your name on the dotted line..
