Is my mpg normal?

Mine has OFT stage 2+ tune with tomei EL header, right now I’m getting 23.5mpg mix driving with 60% street and 40% highway. It was about the same when the car was unmodded. Does this number look low or normal?

Based on personal experience, it sounds about right. I ran 31mpg on stage 1, about 22 on stage 2.

You must be driving it too easy, grandpa. OFT with custom tune and UEL here and I get 20 mpg.

Mine is almost exclusively city driving though. If I take it easy, which I rarely do, it will be closer to 25 mpg. Highway and taking is 35+ mpg though.

There is no "normal". Everybody will have something different depending on how and where they drive.

Mine always plummets with a fresh reflash then goes back to 29.4 on the dot every time.

I'm running OFT stage 2 tune UEL headers and when my tank went from full to 1/8th remaining I had covered 300 miles. Probably could have gone at least 30 more miles. I drive a mix of city and highway, but its all short trips

So far running OFT Stage 2+
Let me preface that I drive conservatively. Here are the averages I have been receiving.
City: 22-26 mpg
Highway: 26-30 mpg
Highway Cruise Control: 30-34 mpg
Error of Margin [+ or -] 2 mpg

Turbo and rarely ever get into boost and only average sub 20 (18s-19s) on pump gas.

Sad life.

Depends on a lot of factors:

- heavy foot
- nervous foot (lots of on off), no cruise
- lots of short trips, motor not warmed up, even if short highway, this makes a big difference
- proportion of highway to city
- terrain, hilly or flat
- tire pressures and tires to a minor degree
- oil viscosity to a minor degree
