Looks sharp! Hopefully you didn't have to drill into the bumper for that front plate.

It's drilled but underneath the nose, so thankfully nothing visible!

So I was a victim of a parking lot hit and run unfortunately. Someone left a nice outline of a bumper in my passenger door. Can't really see it that well from far away

But then you look closer and

Even closer

Eek!

So I took it to my trusted paint shop and asked them to fix a couple other dings and do a one stage polish while they were at it. The day I picked it up from the shop, someone also came and ceramic coated it. So now it looks like a mirror

Needless to say, quite happy to have it looking good again

Installed a new gauge cluster cover and added an alcantara overlay to it. I had the overlay up for sale for a while and there were no takers so I thought may as well just use it myself. I was meaning to reupholster all of the trim pieces but that got delayed unfortunately by having to go to 4 weddings in 3 months

The teeth on my old one were so worn out, it would no longer stay in place

Can't believe I haven't posted in almost 3 years.

Got RCE Tarmac 2 coilovers with Verus camber plates for the front and oem top hats for the rear. Absolutely gorgeous things.

I also went with SPC rear camber arms and RacerX front endlinks. Then a few things happened:

1. Coils would rub on the Verus camber plates.

2. RacerX endlinks started squealing bloody murder

3. Replaced Camber plates with TRD oem top hats (from Japan as they're not available in North America)

4. Replaced endlinks with Moog oem-equivalents.

Also wanted to mention that I highly recommend a corner balancing. Really made a huge difference imo.

Also my TOB was dying so back to the shop it went. This time:

1. Exedy lightweight flywheel with stage 1 clutch. Made it a tiny bit more eager in the first 2 gears.

2. While I was at it, I threw in the Verus clutch fork.

3. Turns out one of the cam covers was seeping oil onto the header so that was fixed.

And just recently I got new wheels. RPF1 in 17x9 +45 with Conti ECS02 in 245/40. With the flywheel I estimate I got rid of about 35 lb of rotational mass and around 28 lb of it unsprung. Car became much more noticeably peppy, much more so than from the flywheel alone. That's it for now.

It rides quite high now but it's so comfortable plus I feel like lowering the suspension past the manufacturer's recommendations defeats the purpose of having expensive, quality suspension. So I'm just gonna leave it. Car is comfy and handles like a dream so I'm happy with that.
