Both wheels you are considering will work great. The TSWs are only a pound heavier (very light).
As far as tires go, I swear by PSSs. I have two square Michelin setups for my 86, 225s on 18x8 TSW Bronze Nurburgrings, and 255s on 18x9.5 Work CR Ultimates. Love these tires!
