It's not quite that straight forward. Effective wheel rate including swaybar is front heavy from the factory - of course the BRZ is different than the FRS with higher stock spring rates up front, lower in the rear. That said, I've read a few threads that suggest for certain types of AutoX you want a higher spring rate up front (heavy on transitions, I think?) - I haven't checked the math to see what that actually works out to as far as wheel rate goes. And I think (my math may not be quite right yet...) that most competition packages still put slightly higher effective rate to the front. Braking, turn-in, ... there's so much in play and I honestly don't understand it properly to really answer; you might need a book or three.
