Staggered spring rates on the B14's instead of square on the RCE's, B14 spring rate is close to the yellow up front but stiffer in the back, they're rated as progressive but are fairly close to the stiff end of the range when it matters (4.5k/mm F, 7.0k/mm R). Ride comfort is comparable to stock imho, I have no experience with the RCE's.

B14 springs taper down to 60mm at the spring perch, RCE/B6 will by 90mm ID at the lower spring perch so if increased tire clearance is your jam the B14 will be beneficial there, more camber from camber bolts available, -2.6 with 17x9+40's, can probably hit -3 with 17x8's, bolts, and enlarging the small upper hole.
