If it was legal the bolt on clamping 'lockouts' would've been my choice and I would have likely uninstalled and sold them eventually.

Might make more of a difference if your car is more stock but the stx springs and alignment have a way bigger impact on feel. But they're cheap and plenty of people swear by them
I have the same Diftech delrin bushings, and the change in steering response was very noticeable on my car. Steering immediately became more "darty" or "twitchy" driving on the freeway. To me, it was as noticeable as an alignment. YMMV, I guess.
