So in this case are we thinking (obviously not looking for an official, medical approval here just theorizing) that this should still be fine for me or do I actually need to confirm otherwise?

I personally wouldn’t be concerned. I have IBS and follow a healthy, organic, Mediterranean, FODMAP diet to avoid issues. My wife is vegan, so I eat vegan for many meals too, but where I am going with all this is I can have severe adverse reactions to food as if I am getting food poisoning, but I don’t have rashes or hives or horse throat or other issues with any food. I think we are in the same boat, and I am not worried.
