I think she means uncomfortable in the sense that everything is very tight. She comes from owning a Crosstrek and then a Mazda 3, which are much roomier. I like the seats of my BRZ as they snug me just right to stay in place during sharp turns.

She also dislikes being so low to the ground so getting in a out is sort of annoying. Plus the suspension is much stiffer than the Mazda where it feels like you're driving a cloud.

Reason she bought the Mazda 3 is because she loved my old 2013 Mazda 3, which I have to say, is probably one of the best cars I've owned in terms of comfort and practicality.
