Yes, you must have a brand new car D00C is the latest revision.

You will need to talk to the openflash guys to see if OFT will load up a B01C tune over a D00C.
You could see if the OFT will load a B01C as that the previous revision. If it won't then the OFT guys will have to allow the OFT to flash it, they have done similar before.
