The slop in my drivetrain is so bad, I can feel the car bouncing when I let off the throttle (or give it throttle) on the highway in 4th/5th gears. I can see the bouncing on the tachometer too.
I don't remember if it was this bad when I first bought the car, but I just bought a set of these inserts to see if they'll fix things. Right now, it almost feels like a worn-out/busted diff bushing or subframe bushing.
