It's one of those things where if you regularly study the exact style of problems that people have collected into a database specifically to be used for interviews, you won't be too bad off.
There's huge money to be made in just the interview problem space for software engineering. Such that sites like Leetcode exist now and offer premium accounts to view all problems, be able to run solutions as often as you like to see if they work versus being limited in a time period, etc.
It's a huuuge racket.
