Header then front-pipe. Its there where the two cats are located. If you are worried about emissions or dont want to remove the cats, change only the front-pipe, otherwise, since you already would have a supercharger and require a tune anyways, its a good time to get a header with it.

Edit: sry, I brainfarted and said overpipe instead of front-pipe on the very first sentence.
