I did the roof, which seemed to help the most. Any rocks that hit in on the highway don't make that annoying pinging noise anymore. And it has substantially helped with the heat on a summer day. So 10/10 would do again.
In the back of the car, it was minimal. The reason the Dyno mat in the back didnt work as well was because I had to cut the plastic passenger pieces to fit it around the cage. Right where I cut is where it goes down into the wheel well, and there is a lot of noise that leaks in that way. So if you don't cut the plastic like I did, probably will fair a lot better. 5/10, might do it again might not.
