Most of it could be because I'm still coming down from a tingling in my left hand and left foot, which has come down with weekly sessions with chiropractor and better life choices at home. Since I already managed injuring myself doing a new exercise months ago, which I will say I completely did it wrong, I must also admit that I got carried away seeing how well I was doing and manage to damage whatever is I did the first time, just with an exercise that I'm fully comfortable with and I had been performing for years with zero problems.
