There's no official index since it's not an official document.
No table of contents, no page numbers, no nothin'...
But refer to the 2nd post for a general breakdown of the repair manual.

I generated the PDFs based on the proprietary web-based browser from techinfo.toyota.com. Still, there is a lot of room for improvement to make it more user-friendly. I don't plan on putting any more work in this, but everyone is welcome to help out.
