Danzo86 bit of a necro bump, seeing as its from 6 years ago.
Put in the whiteline "positive shift kit" and follow up with the "positive traction kit" and your shifts will be much better. The stock transmission mount is soft, easy enough that you can move it with your pinky, and causes deflection in the drivetrain, especially after being driven hard for 100,000 miles.
