Add a handwritten letter for good measure
When I came back from New York last year we were sitting at the terminal when I got 2 emails, a text message, and 2 app notifications noting gate/time changes. Evidently nobody told the attendants at our original gate because they just stood there watching us all leave wondering what was going on
