SNOW TIRES make a huge difference. I lived in the foothills of Salt Lake City (= lots of snow, steep roads). My RX-8 was useless in the snow with the tires it came with. I switched to some Dunlop Winter tires and the difference was amazing!! I felt more confident in my RWD/winter tires than a FWD/all-weather tires
