It's why when you go to the track instructors should be teaching you to keep the wheel straight and gradually return to the tarmac instead of trying to be a hero and getting the car back on the pavement too aggressively. Not that it would have helped that Yaris, it was too far gone after the second snap, he might have been able to save it if he gave up on the first rotation and locked the car down at the apex but sometimes things just don't go your way.
You should literally learn that when you begin driving period. My driving instructor taught me that, which likely ended up saving me a ton of damage from my first time going off track.
