I don't know what you mean by better, but Akebono pads are pretty much OEM at around $120 shipped for 4 corners.



They will all stop your car in the same distance since you will most likely be grip limited on street tires. Sport pads will give you more bite, but generally are louder, dust more, and wear your rotors down faster.
