You can get parts from Japan relatively affordably by going through a broker. I use Jesse Streeter for importing wheels and whatever else - here's a link to his site:

It's as simple as emailing him with the link to the part you want to buy (be it new or used on Yahoo Auctions Japan), and him returning your email with a quote to purchase and ship the part directly to you. Because the yen is so weak right now, it is an opportune time to be buying parts directly from Japan through a broker in lieu of going through a US-based retailer like Evasive.
