Joe, I work in insurance, and we see records worse than yours.
You don't have many options because of your lease, which requires not only collision and comprehensive but also higher amounts of liability coverage and lower deductibles. It's the most expensive situation you could be in.
No insurer will touch a driver like you at a reasonable rate because the likelihood that you will cost them a bundle is so high.
In addition, you will pay a surcharge for both the accident and the tickets.
The good news is that most tickets drop off in three years, and accidents in three years as well (sometimes five, depending on the company). DUIs take longer. Every company has its own "look back" policy, so ask.
- I would find someone to take over my lease, even if you have to kick in money to do so.
- If you can avoid buying another car, do so. Liability insurance is really what is costing you here. A Scion is only worth $25,000, but if you hurt someone there can be hundreds of thousands of dollars at stake.
- If you can get by without a car, ask about non-owners car insurance, which should allow you to rent cars and drive others' cars in good conscience. It's not usually expensive, and believe it or not, much cheaper than having a gap in coverage that sets off alarm bells when you go shopping for insurance the next time you buy a car.

Time will fix pretty much everything if you're done screwing up. Spend the next few years keeping your driving record and credit clean, maintain some kind of coverage if you can.
