You got all the advice you are going to get buddy, My recommendation would be to take it or leave it but nobody is going to tell you whatever it is you want to hear.
You are not mature enough to responsibly drive a motorized vehicle, I'm sorry no one has ever made you be responsible in life before and we sure can't "make" you do anything, but your feasible options have already been laid out, so like I said, take it or leave it.
