Unfortunately, there's no easy way to do this. It involves tapping/splicing into several factory wires and there's no simple "plug" or adapter at all.

My suggestion (which is what I'm going to do as well when I do my new headunit), is to just move the factory one out of the way and zip tie it in the headliner with some foam to prevent rattling, and run your aftermarket one in the exact same location. Out of sight out of mind. No cutting any factory wires and still looks completely factory.
