TIL that I would've made a horrible sale's person in any type of market. I'm just too much of an honest seller. I could never seek an inflated gain at the expense of people's hard work.
I bought an XBOX Series X a few months ago, during the peak of scarcity, and how much did I sell it for? Exactly the amount of money I paid for it, to the dime.
We have an employee forum at my job. Someone, somehow, managed to get not 2, or 3, but 15 PS5. Asking for almost $300 over MSRP, cash. I just can't. No wonder why I could never seek a career at car rentals, it just wasn't for me.
I know it is not illegal to "scalp", except for an specific item under emergency situations, and it's the core of supply of demand. It just feels wrong, like morally wrong for me.
