More curiosity than anything else. Since rivers and bodies of water are often used as state boundaries it doesn't completely surprise me.
Florida is split east to west by Lake Okeechobee and the Okeechobee Waterway, which is navigable from the Atlantic to the Gulf and is freshwater. That probably doesn't count though since a good portion of it is man-made.
