Also, if it just came down from being jacked up in the air without being rolled some distance, that would make it sit noticeably higher.

In most pics, '22 looks lower to me, and that jibes with Subaru giving a 0.4" shorter height and a lower center of gravity vs. current-gen.

Too hard to tell from pictures. Gap on gen 1 looks absolutely massive compared though.
