If you have had or still have an HKS supercharger unit GTX7040L on your FT86 car, please chose one of the following options and post any details of your failure(s), type of the kit (V1, V2, V3 or some custom modified combination) and serial number of the blower if available (could be seen on the plate on the top of the unit).
