I've broken in several clutches driving normally without going above 4K rpm and being gentle at lower RPM until the manufacturer recommended mileage. This includes rev matched downshifting. I took care to engage the clutch more kindly and rode it a bit more than usual. Cars are not made of glass, the margin for error is not paper thin. Just enjoy it, stop being afraid of it
