I have a feeling that is it. It makes sense since the Tc manual is $20,150 with destination charge and it comes with a panoramic roof which is a pricey feature that the FR-S doesn't have so I would say the FR-S can easily end up being $23,750 with dest. combined. A difference of $3,600 sounds about right. I never expected them to be 1-2k apart.
