The manifold pressure doesn't hit 20 PSI. It's between 0.2 and 1.36 bar. That's 5 PSI boost which seems normal for a Sprintex supercharger. 56.5 deg timing seems about right at low load and on overrun with E85 too. It's running rich as already mentioned.
If you are not familiar with tuning, you best bet would be to contact a good tuner. If no one local to you with FT86 experience, then get in touch someone that can tune it remotely (e.g. www.delicioustuning.com ). Starting out with DYI tuning on forced induction doesn't sound like a gooyd recipe for success.

not stock tune obviously.. yes tuned w/ ecutek via moto east. No issues really, was just wanting to data log and send to tuner for adjustments. I'm not trying to tune my own car my guy.
